Chris Smith is an excellent, knowledgable trainer.  I have worked with him over 3 years and in that time I have transformed from being injury prone and average to being in the best shape of my life.  When we began working out together, I had many injuries and pains that I thought were normal for an active adult, however Chris worked with me to correct my form and build a program that left me stronger, more tone and injury/ache-free.  Chris also patiently worked with me to understand the importance of balanced nutrition which complimented the workout program.  I now work out less and eat more!  I highly recommend him to any person that is interested in improving their health.
